Data driven relationships... Seems like a weird concept, but was the theme of our conversations last week at In Revenue Capital. First we had Cory Snyder on the pod, he shared how he leverages data and tools to help curate relationships between internal sales teams and partners. The ultimate goal of leveraging data in partnerships is to move from quantity (tons of partners in an ecosystem who are jus there) to quality (using data to understand what makes a good partner and enabling them). Next, Justin Gray went to the Scale Venture Partners GTM event hosted by the Bob Barker of B2B Craig Rosenberg. The theme, curated relationships and data driven insights.
