It's another episode of hydration series 💦 "It hurts me to have to do this but I've realized my water bottle was feeling neglected" 😔 Sandra lamented. It is hidden in the depth of my bag. Now I have decided to give it the spotlight it deserves. Now we're inseparable and I proudly flaunt my hydration sidekick. One way to start and be consistent. Is to have a water bottle and keep it in your sight. This works for me too. Starting a hydration journey might not be easy. Get a hydration accountability partner and a water partnership, that's your water bottle. You can get a designed or fashionable water bottle, so has to make it easy for you to carry around. Cheers 🥂 to a stylish water partnership. ☀️ What's your take on water bottles? Tell us in the comment section. ☀️ Still deliberating on your hydration journey or don't know where to start from? DM "Hydration" and let's get started.

While watching the K-drama movie "Flex X Corp," I came across a scene where someone died of dehydration. I couldn't help but wonder, is it truly possible for someone to die of dehydration? Kemisola Gbadebo

I once believed that only a kid is eligible to have a water bottle. 😊 You can't blame me cos that's how I've felt for almost 20 years so it's not really my fault that I HAD that belief. But these days, I've been seeing designer water bottles and hoping to get one for myself. Thanks for this, Kemisola Gbadebo

Having a water bottle can significantly help you stay hydrated by making water easily accessible throughout the day. Carrying a stylish or designed water bottle not only encourages you to drink more water but also serves as a constant reminder to hydrate. It's a simple yet effective way to ensure you meet your daily water intake goals. Welldone Kemisola Gbadebo
