When we say "fun, age-appropriate educational tools for primary schools to teach kids about organ donation and health education," this is what we mean… This is the 8-minute film recently shared on the BBC One Show. I’ve received a lot of queries since then, so wanted to share the full film and let you (and your kids) judge for yourselves. If you agree, please share it. There’s no catch—we’re an open book and welcome feedback so we can keep improving and growing the programme. OUR MIGHTY APPROACH Our toolkits are designed to help kids everywhere take better care of their health, each other, and the entire planet, the Orgamites’ range of educational toolkits is unlike any other. They inform! Of course, knowledge is power – so we provide loads of it (all science-backed, medically verified and packaged for kids), but our educational resources don’t stop there. They inspire! If we’re aiming to motivate kids to live mighty, we must captivate their imaginations, not bore them to death! Instilling students with more awe and wonder (about their bodies and the world and people around them) is foundational to our approach. They empower! To embolden kids to not just know better, but live better, every Orgamites resource is anchored in fun challenges and practical action steps that lead to incremental improvements and personal ownership. They’re FREE! We believe that all kids everywhere deserve a fighting chance of a brighter future. That’s why we’re committed to delivering world-class resources for every school, at no cost. They really work! Just like the hidden veggies in every mum’s spaghetti bolognaise, all the important stuff is in there, but the kids won’t see it coming! Never competing with existing curriculums, Orgamites’ resources aim to rather complement them – filling in the major health and social education gaps to help avert some of the the most significant crises of our time. I want to share today about a group of health conditions that affect millions of people, especially women. These are called autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases happen when the body's immune system gets confused and starts attacking healthy cells and tissues, instead of just fighting off germs and viruses like it's supposed to. Doctors aren't completely sure why this happens, but there are over 100 different autoimmune diseases that they know of. Some of the more well-known ones are lupus, multiple sclerosis (MS), and type 1 diabetes. But there are many others that don't get talked about as much. With these lesser-known diseases, people often struggle to get a proper diagnosis because the symptoms can be confusing and hard to pin down. The Cleveland Clinic has a great website that lists out the different symptoms and causes of autoimmune diseases. It shows that a lot of these conditions can have overlapping symptoms, which makes them really tricky to diagnose correctly. Statistics show it can sometimes take 7-10 years for people to finally get the right diagnosis! I can only imagine how frustrating and lonely that process must feel, especially when doctors dismiss your symptoms or say it's just about diet and exercise. No wonder so many women with these diseases feel hopeless and alone at times. But here's the important thing to remember: You are not making this up, and you are not alone. Autoimmune diseases are real, and they affect millions of Americans, most often women between 15-44 years old. Many have a genetic component too. While there are no cures yet, there are some lifestyle changes that may help manage symptoms, like avoiding toxins, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, maintaining a healthy weight, focusing on gut health, quitting smoking, and getting enough sleep. I know those things are easier said than done. But try to be patient with yourself and your body. Keep tracking your symptoms, communicate openly with loved ones, and don't let anyone make you feel unworthy or invalid. You are a valuable part of society, deserving of care and understanding. There is a community out there that gets what you're going through. By sticking together and raising awareness, we can help make sure autoimmune diseases get the attention and research they need. Food for thought: Senior Citizens and Ageing People worldwide are living longer. Today most people can expect to live into their sixties and beyond. Every country in the world is experiencing growth in both the size and the proportion of older persons in the population. By 2030, 1 in 6 people in the world will be aged 60 years or over. At this time the share of the population aged 60 years and over will increase from 1 billion in 2020 to 1.4 billion. By 2050, the world’s population of people aged 60 years and older will double (2.1 billion). The number of persons aged 80 years or older is expected to triple between 2020 and 2050 to reach 426 million. At the biological level, ageing results from the impact of the accumulation of a wide variety of molecular and cellular damage over time. This leads to a gradual decrease in physical and mental capacity. The diversity seen in older age is not random. Beyond biological changes, ageing is often associated with other life transitions such as retirement, relocation to more appropriate housing and the death of friends and partners. Cicero said it best, “For there is assuredly nothing dearer to a man than wisdom, and though age takes away all else, it undoubtedly brings us that.” I hope you enjoy the song and the video!

[#Mamoribo] Divide&Conquer one of the most well known tactics to come to exploit a land and its people. Unrooting them and placing this code deeper and deeper in their BEing. This current dominant western society the European colonies have been victimized by this system the longest. Before setting out to colonized and exploit the other continents, there was 'inland colonies on the European continent. After so many ages and even more generations this (self)destructive code have rooted so deep that it has settled in the deepest cells. Of society in all social, natural and spiritual orders&systems, caught in a repeating trauma vortex. Of human beings falsely believing it is their healthy nature, caught in a intergenerational trauma circle. Altogether forming this trauma vortex. These cells together could be compared to the working of Cancer. Corrupted cells that are destructive both to those around and eventually themselves too. Clearly visible in traumatised people, but just as clear in the institutions and structures of western society. Politics, education, economy, militairy, care systems, etc. In Netherlands Sharon Stellaard has researched how the Dutch youthcare policy is stuck is such a destructive trauma circle. Making the society less capable of raising their own children, going from 1/27 to 1/7 children in youthcare. Together with the outcome of the research committee Dewinter, finding the 70 to 80% of the people growing up in care stay dependend for the rest of their lives from one or more forms of (failing) care systems. In my vision the undemocratic /self proclaimed elite minority of the western society and their ways of mass manipulation, aka human farming, are the core problem of this trauma vortex. As they have the interest to maintain their power&wealth and to remain going forward on this destructive path. From this vision it is clear why the so called royal family are hijacking (again) the field of youthcare and all its experts in a improvement of policy agenda. Securing the effects of the human farming policy within youthcare. Preventing a radical transformation in policy, which restores the sovereignty of all.

A sober reminder that a cardiac emergency can happen to anyone ,at anytime ,anywhere. Is your workplace or community equipped to deal with a cardiac arrest via the life saving intervention of a public access defibrillator? PM me to find out how easy a step it can be to save a life.
Too many hopes and dreams are lost in an instant. Each week, around 12 young people are lost to sudden cardiac death in the UK. Today we’re launching a new campaign to highlight the tragic reality of sudden cardiac death. In a series of murals across the UK, we’re honouring 12 young people who have passed away.
