1st Dec~ 2024 December is an exciting month throughout the world. It is a month of expectations. Easily, the best indicator that December has arrived is the weather. During this month, we look back at the year’s achievements and start making plans for the New Year. The stores are filled with Christmas stars, greeting cards, gifts etc December draws a conclusion to the past 11 months that come before it. It’s a time for reflection and also a time for action. December is the ultimately planning month – What do you want your New Year to look like? Anything like the year before? Or maybe even something totally different? The beautiful thing, you get to choose what you do. December is the best month of the year because you get to create any change you want during this month! The anticipation is building during December for the New Year, and all the goals you want to accomplish are planned out during December. New Years Resolutions aren’t decided in January, they’re decided in December with the actionable start date in January. New Years Resolutions are part of what makes reflecting on the end of the past year so valuable. You can leave things behind in December and be very selective with what you take into January. December being an end of a cycle means it’s a time for change, welcoming change, embracing change, and not be afraid of change. It really is a powerful time! As the carol goes, ‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year’. Hello December !! #December #blogger #Newmonth #crearc #crearcbyneha

“Christmas is a season not only of rejoicing but of reflection.” – Winston Churchill As we gather with loved ones, sip hot cocoa, and watch twinkling lights fill our homes, there’s a certain peacefulness in the air. It’s a gentle reminder to slow down, celebrate the year gone by, and also look inward. Lately, I’ve been returning to Simon Sinek’s idea of “Start with Why.” With 2024 winding down, I find myself asking: What’s my deeper reason? Why do I do what I do? It’s something I’m reflecting on as I consider my goals for 2025. When I tap into my “Why,” the rest of the puzzle seems to click into place—there’s more energy, more clarity, and even more joy in the everyday hustle. The tasks on my to-do list don’t just feel like boxes to tick; they become steps toward something truly meaningful. If you’re like me—taking this season to pause and plan your next move—remember that purpose is the compass that keeps us on course. So pour another cup of eggnog (or coffee), embrace the warmth of the holidays, and give yourself the gift of reflection. Let’s head into the new year with a renewed sense of intention, both personally and professionally. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a purposeful start to 2025!

Ah, the last week of the year. It’s that time when we 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁—while finishing off the leftovers from the weekend. At the beginning of the year, we all set goals, but how many of us take this week to ask ourselves what we’ve actually accomplished? Remember those January resolutions? Yeah, the ones buried under a pile of papers in some drawer 📄. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. It’s as if the universe presses pause ⏸️. 𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, “How did I make it this far without losing my mind? 🤯” And, more importantly, “What’s next? 🤔” Here’s an uncomfortable truth: 2025 won’t be "your year" just because the calendar says so 📆. It will be if you decide it is. But heads up 👀, that doesn’t mean making a list of 50 unrealistic goals. It’s something much simpler: taking one step forward at a time. And yes, there will be days in 2025 when you’ll want to quit 😤. Or scream at the sky 🌌. Or, who knows, move to a cabin in the woods with no Wi-Fi 🏕️. But there will also be moments when you’ll look back and think, “𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁” ❤️. So, here’s the plan: Close this year with a laugh and a little gratitude. Because next year holds promise—but only if you decide to write that promise ✍️. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁. What’s your way of closing the year? Do you have any rituals, reflections, or goals ready? Share them in the comments—I’d love to hear from you. #reflection #sustainability #communityimpact #techrecycling #purposeinbusiness

The New Year isn’t a fresh start for everybody—and that’s ok. Every year, we’re sold the idea that January 1st is a time for joy, transformation, and new beginnings. But what happens if the calendar changes, and life feels exactly the same? I’ve been there—and it can feel disappointing AF. But here are a few things I’ve started to embrace more to manage my expectations: ✨ Roll with the seasons, literally: The calendar New Year actually doesn’t align with nature. January falls in winter—a season for rest, reflection, and preparation—not dramatic change. Don’t fight it. ✨Growth takes time: Like spring blooms, real transformation happens gradually, after unseen moments of preparation. Take your time, boo. ✨Progress takes work: Both in nature and in life, evolution and change take long term commitment, sacrifice and work. It doesn’t come with just the flipping of a calendar page. Seasons of rest and preparation are not failures; they’re part of the process. This year, I’m letting go of the gaslight of the New Year—the pressure to force transformation on a timeline that isn’t mine. Instead, I’m honoring my seasons—knowing that real growth doesn’t follow a calendar and neither might yours. 💜 So Happy New Year to you—whenever it arrives 🥳 #healthcareonlinkedin #healthcare #healthequity

✨ Making Space To Reflect & Release✨ As the year winds down why not step out of the festive madness, grab a journal and make space for clarity, intention, and all the magic the new year has in store. 💫 🖤 1. Reflect on the Year: What you proud of from this past year? What lessons have you learned? What brought you the most joy, and what drained you? Celebrate your wins—big or small. They matter. 🌿 2. Release What’s No Longer Serving You Write down the fears, frustrations, or limiting beliefs you’ve been carrying. Then, imagine letting them go. Burn the list \(safely!\), tear it up, or simply close your eyes and picture those weights lifting away. ✨ 3. Set an Intention for 2025 What’s one word, feeling, or focus you want to carry into the new year? Hold it close and let it guide your decisions. The beauty of a fresh start isn’t in becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, with more clarity and purpose. 😍 Ready to step into the new year feeling lighter, freer, and more YOU? #ReflectAndRelease #FreshStart #NewYearClarity #MindsetReset #HolisticLiving #
