Day 5 Being organized and managing time effectively are important skills, especially when balancing multiple tasks as a virtual assistant. I’ve found that tools like Google Calendar and Calendly, keep everything running smoothly. Google Calendar is fantastic for keeping track of events, sending reminders, and making it easy to collaborate with others and managing clients. Calendly, on the other hand, simplifies scheduling meetings, helping to avoid overlaps and saving a lot of time that would otherwise be spent coordinating schedules. Time management is essential for increasing productivity. As a virtual assistant, I find it really helpful to set specific times for different tasks.
