Tap into the Powerhouse Within Because We All Have A Story! Our potential is like an untold story within us, immense and ready to soar—if only we dare to reach beyond the invisible lines we've drawn around ourselves. We should all write a book to share our knowledge & experience! Reflect on history's game-changers: 🔵 President D. Rosolvete, whose leadership didn't just navigate a wheelchair but steered an entire nation through tumult with unrivaled resolve. 🔵 J.C. Penny began as an orphan, his life marred by hardship. They didn't believe in him, but that didn't matter. His belief in himself built a legacy. Their legends whisper a truth to us: Our so-called limits? They're just shadows, illusions of the mind. Embrace the Challenge! Step over the edge of routine into the realm of your undiscovered potential. Shift, grow, and harvest the fruits of persistence. Celebrate every victory, learn from every stumble. Remember:"Success is never final. FAILURE IS NEVER FATAL." Surprise yourself. Demand greatness. Be relentless in your pursuit. Because your potential isn't just a dormant seed—it's the roots of your future success. #Story #Book #Potential #Unleashed #Beyond #Limits #Power #Persistence #Greatness

At the Emer;e Strong Society, we believe that reflecting on your past is crucial, but lingering in it can hold you back. Acknowledge your experiences, learn the lessons, and then let go. Your strength comes from moving forward, armed with the wisdom gained, ready to embrace what lies ahead. Remember, separation from your past is necessary to Emer;e Strong—reflect, pause, and then step into your future with resilience.

Day 26th. The story behind the story is often more intriguing than the simple facts. #75hardchallenge 🌸 Key Takeaway- Our ability to succeed at what we do is powerfully bound up with where we are from. People don’t rise from nothing but are the beneficiaries of hidden advantages, extraordinary opportunities, and cultural legacies that allow people to learn and work hard and make sense of the world in ways others cannot. In any elite group of hockey players - the very best of the best - 40%+ of the players were born between January and March vs 18% between October and December. Malcolm Gladwell's #Outliers challenges the conventional wisdom that success is solely attributed to individual talent and hard work. Instead, he posits that a complex interplay of factors, including cultural background, historical context, and sheer luck, significantly influence an individual's trajectory to extraordinary achievement. He introduces the concept of the "10,000-hour rule," suggesting that mastery in any field requires dedicated practice over an extended period. However, he goes beyond this to explore how factors such as birthdate, cultural legacies, and economic opportunities can create a fertile ground for exceptional talent to flourish. Through compelling storytelling and insightful analysis, he reveals how seemingly minor advantages, like being born at the right time or growing up in a particular environment, can have a profound impact on a person's chances of success. He also sheds light on the role of cultural values and norms in shaping ambition, work ethic, and opportunities. What this book reveals is that often what denotes success is cultural, access or certain rules that create an uneven playfield that magnifies opportunities. Nevertheless, the outlier, in the end, is not an outlier at all. LinkedIn Guide to Creating #bookreview #malcomgladwell

One of my favorite childhood books was Shel Silverstein’s "Where the Sidewalk Ends." Where are my 70's kids? ✋ I can still recite the poem “Hug-O-War” from memory on the spot. You can test me. (I promise I won't look 😉.) “I will not play tug-of war. I’d rather play hug-o-war. Where everyone hugs, Instead of tugs. Where everyone giggles, And rolls on the rug. Where everyone kisses, And everyone grins. Where everyone cuddles, And everyone wins.” Maybe everyone doesn’t need to kiss or even cuddle, however, I do dream of a world where EVERYONE WINS. And not just in the “everyone gets a trophy” way, but in a way that we truly see, support, and celebrate each other and find WIN-WIN SOLUTIONS for all. This is what I work toward every day in my personal and professional relationships, and what I support my clients to create as well. And here's the good news... the CHOICE is ours to make this so. What would be possible in our lives, businesses, communities, and even our politics if we all set ourselves and each other up to win??? I want to live in that world! How about you? Let's do this together! #winwinsolutions #creativesolutions #leadership #peace #effectivecommunication #executivecoach #leadershipdevelopment #choices #decisionmaking #thechoiceisyours
