I remember 2016 when we rallied to buy back a private beach in Abel Tasman National Park. It was inspiring to see Kiwis unite to secure a beautiful part of Aotearoa for the benefit of future generations. How good did that feel?!?! 🌿🇳🇿 Well, Toha NZ, an innovative, creative and determined for-impact organisation operating out of Turanga-a-Kiwa Gisborne, includes the same crew that founded Givealittle. Deeply inspired by Kiwi's generosity back then, Toha’s founders became singularly-focused on unleashing environmental impact across New Zealand today. Toha NZ believes: 1️⃣ Regeneration starts in the soil 2️⃣ Nature needs us to get to work now 3️⃣ Communities need more resources to adapt to climate change 4️⃣ Farmers and landowners should be financially supported to protect and regenerate nature. Right now, Toha NZ is getting ready to publically pilot a new system that seeks to bring this vision to life. Like to know more? Can you remember back to 2016 when Kiwis rallied to buy back a private beach in Abel Tasman National Park? How good did that feel?!?! 💪A beautiful part of Aotearoa secured for the benefit of future generations.🫶 But did you know that Toha NZ includes the same crew who founded Givealittle? Toha’s founders were inspired by Kiwi generosity then, and are even more motivated to unleash environmental impact across New Zealand today. The team has been underground - in “soil mode” - figuring out how to take grassroots action to the next level 🌱 Why? 🤷♀️  Because... 1️⃣ regeneration starts in the soil  2️⃣ nature needs us to get to work now 3️⃣ communities need more resources to adapt to climate change  4️⃣ farmers and landowners should be financially supported to protect and regenerate nature The result of all this work is the Toha system - subscribe to the Substack to stay across developments - https://lnkd.in/gKjaGghJ. Right now, Toha NZ is getting ready to pilot the system in public. Where in our beautiful country should we rally for next? 💚
