This is so true! Being respectful to your team will motivate them to stay and grow. The other side of that coin is that being disrespectful will make the environment turn toxic and the team will leave. It is important that you treat every member of the team with respect (from the intern/entry level personnel to the senior management team) because regardless of title or experience, you are all human beings and deserve to be treated with basic decency and common curtousy. Also, your team are watching how you treat others. If they notice that you start treating one or more people negativity, they may decide to leave before they receive similar treatment. #Respect #Leadership
Employees become inspired to give their all when there is a high level of trust and respect in any work environment. ccording to Maureen Wild, when employees respect each other and get along in the workplace, it's amazing how productivity increases, morale increases, and employees are more courteous to customers. A professional and respectful work culture encourages productivity and growth, which breeds a healthy, high-trust environment that allows everyone to become the very best version of themselves. Unfortunately, the opposite is also true; if a leader shows no respect for their team, the organization will become toxic, trust will be eroded, the best people will leave, and the organization will eventually become irrelevant.
