🚀 Südzucker Young Professionals Program - shaping the future together! 🌟 The Young Professionals @Südzucker Group Operations program recently had its first anniversary: one year ago, the initiative was launched, giving young talents from the operations units of the entire Südzucker Group the opportunity to develop cross-divisional projects and contribute to shaping the future of the company. Our 14 participants, who already have several years of professional experience in operations, now work together on exciting projects - supported by experienced colleagues from the Group Operations Leadership Team. The program promotes exchange, strengthens the network and makes it possible to develop new ideas across functions. A real highlight is that the young professionals not only work in their own areas, but also gain new perspectives and insights into other areas of the company through joint projects. For example, one group just designed and piloted an onboarding event in collaboration with the HR team in order to bring different areas of the company closer together during onboarding.
