John C. Maxwell. “A leader is great, not because of his or her power, but because of his or her ability to empower others.” 1. If you honestly and truthfully want to help a person, dont give then money, teach them how to make money. 2. If you really want to shine & enjoy your peace, teach your subordinates how to complete your reports. 3. Any leader has authority & power which can be abused. 4. A leader who uses his power to EMPOWER his subordinates is indeed in power & POWERFUL.

Know your limitations. You are not an expert on all things, nor should you try to be. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your people and yourself. Embrace them, learn from them, overcome them. Self-reflection is a key part to being any kind of leader. You must be able to be your won worst critic and judge yourself accordingly. That said, don't second guess everything you do.

"Be your own leader" is a powerful mantra that encourages self-reliance, autonomy, and personal empowerment. It means taking charge of your own life, making decisions that align with your values and goals, and not waiting for others to guide or validate you. By being your own leader, you cultivate the confidence to navigate challenges, the discipline to stay focused, and the wisdom to learn from your experiences. This mindset fosters independence and encourages you to take responsibility for your actions, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and self-directed life.
