The best feedback we’ve ever received? ‘I love this tool, but I feel like I need a PhD to use it.’ Ouch but also fair. 1.0 was overly complex with a double sidebar layout and fixed elements that limited users flexibility while increasing navigation speed. For 2.0 we went over 30 iterations and completely redesigned the sidebar, hierarchy inside liftOS, and simplified it a lot. Now, our goal is simple: If it’s not intuitive, it doesn’t belong. It’s funny how the toughest feedback can lead to the best changes.

From crazy chaos to some structure🚀. This is how I can describe the existing Pulsetto journey stage right now.🌟 Yes, we understand that we are not perfect. ✅ Yes, we constantly need to improve the product, customer experience, app, hardware. ✅ Yes, we as founders together with Povilas Sabaliauskas and our employees are sitting on 3-4 chairs at the same time, because we are trying to be as LEAN as possible. ✅ Yes, we need much more money for clinical trials, working capital, etc. ✅ Yes, some of our decisions, especially my decisions are nonsense, mistakes, failures, waste of money, etc. ✅ But we continue to scale📈. More than 1.3mln revenue so far this year, 6x growth compared with 2023 same period and basically, we reached half 2023 revenue already🚀🚀🚀. It's better to make a false start than a perfect delay. #Pulsetto #vagusnerve
