🧑🏼💻 Think about the process from a customer's perspective. Realize insurance is a service, not a product! (It is a part of the Financial Services industry, isn't it?) Digitalize the entire customer experience and make it smooth, seamless, and automated. Do not assume you "know" what your customer wants or needs - offer a choice! People are different.
