What are your core values and do you live by them every day? We literally live by them and use them on a daily basis. My business partner and CEO Erik J. Olson recently started the Core Value Awards here at our companies. Each quarter he sends out a handcrafted award to each team member that was voted by their peers. Not picked by management or the owners. Voting happens via kudos points on a daily basis which is unique on its own (< Ask me about how we do that) Our core values are Transparency, Quality, Urgency, Winning, and Passion. How do you work yours into every day?

We have so many award lists reserved for people 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 20, 30, and 40. That's cool and all, but how about we push for some new standalone recognitions from the likes of PRWeek, Forbes, Fast Company, TechCrunch, etc., dedicated to (wait for it) people 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 40, 50, 60? Let's call it the "Wisdom Winners" or "Wisdom 50 over 50", you get the idea. Major bonus points if the people selected were relative late bloomers or second actors who hit their stride well after the typical prodigies. People like Morgan Freeman, Rose Blumkin, Bernie Marcus, Ray Kroc, Henry Ford, Martha Stewart, Toni Morrison, Lucille Ball, the list goes on and on. The more resilience, the higher the ranking. I would love to delve into this type of award list, would you?

✨ Celebrating Excellence... or Perception? ✨ Awards are always a highlight in our industry - a time to recognise innovation, hard work, and dedication to raising the bar. 🏆 But it also sparks an important reflection: Are we celebrating the real stories of achievement or the most polished narratives? In an industry where trust, integrity, and accuracy are critical, it’s vital to ensure that recognition aligns with authentic representation. Missteps or misrepresentations, however unintentional, risk undermining the incredible work many of us pour our hearts into daily. Perhaps it's time for all of us—whether as nominees, award-givers, or industry professionals—to ask the deeper question: Are we rewarding what looks good or what truly is good? 🌟 Kudos to those who keep pushing the standards higher, not just for their organizations but for the industry as a whole. Let’s continue striving for recognition built on a foundation of genuine accomplishment. What are your thoughts on how we maintain integrity in celebrating excellence? Let’s discuss below! 👇

As we celebrate our journey together, both personally and professionally, I’m constantly reminded of the strength that comes from mutual support. 💪 Mutual Support in Sales: • Shared Challenges and Victories: Every day, we navigate the highs and lows together, always backing each other with positivity. • Recognition at QBRs: Last week, during our QBRs, I made sure to recognize each member of our SAS team on every account slide. Their insights and dedication are indispensable. 💡 Lessons in Collaboration: • Value of Collaboration: It's not about being the smartest person in the room but being the most collaborative and open to all ideas. • Power of Vulnerability: This process has reminded me the importance of vulnerability- both personally and professionally. Whether it’s sharing feedback at work or trying not to laugh in engagement photos, being vulnerable is key! 😅 🟢 Show Appreciation: • For Your Partner: Take a moment to appreciate the support from your significant other and those close to you who make you better every day. • For Your Team: Recognize the dedication and hard work of your colleagues everyday. Let’s continue to celebrate and support each other every step of the way. #Teamwork

3️⃣ Small Win: Resolved an Internal Conflict During a project review meeting, a misunderstanding between two departments surfaced, causing tension over resource allocation. Rather than letting the issue escalate, we facilitated an open dialogue to align priorities and clarify expectations. Impact on Our Mission: This resolution not only prevented delays but also highlighted Lenstel’s value of transparent communication. It was a reminder that challenges, when addressed constructively, can strengthen team dynamics. Acknowledgment: I want to thank both the Marketing and Operations teams for approaching this issue with patience and mutual respect. A special thanks to Priya, our HR lead, for mediating the conversation so skillfully. Your leadership in this situation turned a challenge into an opportunity for growth. Reflections on These Wins Small wins might seem insignificant in isolation, but together, they are the building blocks of greatness. This week’s achievements reinforce why we do what we do at Lenstel: empower teams, enhance processes, and inspire organizations to excel. I encourage all of you to take a moment to reflect on your own small wins this week. Recognize those who helped you along the way, and remember — progress is always worth celebrating. Together, let’s continue building a culture of excellence, one win at a time.

Mindset is a powerful thing and can make the difference between success and failure. How can you change your mindset today from fixed to growth oriented?
It is hard to believe it is November 1st. This is the time of year that you start thinking about annual reviews, targets, goals, and reflecting on your year . If you tried something new , You did not fail. If you were comfortable with being uncomfortable, You did not fail. If you invested in someone’s success, You did not fail. It is ok to want to do better, but take the time to celebrate your success. Reflecting on my recent one-on-one session with Lori (Goldenhersh) Ryan, Senior Director of Client Leadership at Mars United Commerce, I wanted to share five standout pieces of advice that deeply resonated with me. Her insights and experience provided invaluable guidance that I believe will benefit everyone. Here are my top five takeaways from our conversation: 𝟭. Treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of their position or status. 𝟮. Take full responsibility for your work. People respect those who own their mistakes and don’t shift blame onto others. 𝟯. When you make a mistake, view it as a learning opportunity and move forward. Mistakes are essential for growth and improvement. 𝟰. Be a reliable and dependable person- always be someone others can count on. 𝟱. Remember, time is money. Use it wisely and efficiently to maximize productivity.

Have you ever heard of a company that gives out trophies for mistakes? At MAJORITY, we give out a "F*ck Up of the Year Award"—and this year, it’s going to none other than our CEO, Magnus Larsson. Why? Because we believe that true growth only happens when we take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them. If you’re not failing, you’re not pushing the limits of what's possible. We're all about fostering an environment where our team feels empowered to take risks, knowing that, even if things don’t go as planned, we will support them every step of the way and encourage them to try again. So, join us in congratulating Magnus: because what’s a CEO without a few missteps along the way? Probably just a really good consultant.
