It had to be done. I turned away 2 clients this week. We were simply not a good fit for them. Why? 1. They could not commit to the minimum ad spend to reach profitability. 2. They couldn't take on a significant number of new bookings. I always try to help these small businesses and steer them in the right direction. But, it is hard as even when they know the exact strategy, they cannot implement it themselves. This is the eternal struggle for them. My advice today to an incredible cake business was to create great organic video content on TikTok. You can be very creative and stand out on TikTok organically when you don't have the funds for anything else.
