Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. 2. Select File > Info. 3. Select Message Resend and Recall > Recall This Message..., and select one of the two options. ->Select Delete unread copies of this message to recall the sent message. ->Select Delete unread copies and replace with a new message to replace the sent message with a new message. ->Select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box. In case we send email from gmail account, can we recall and remove?

7moQuiet helpful! But, this does not always work, if your organization is not using a microsoft exchange account. For me the best practice is to setup a delay timer of at least 5 mins in email, this always ensures a time to redo your mistakes in your email.
