This is so critical. I love your point about humanizing data. I will add one nuance to this post. Elevating community voices only empowers if the organization is truly committed to integrating feedback from communities. If the communities are only being listened to but they don’t see that feedback being used, it doesn’t empower in the same way. Perhaps this is implied in your post, but it seemed worth elevating this point.
