Very poor service and customer care response is pathetic. I am trying to reach Kia service centre at Powai Mumbai but no one bother to respond or attend call. Should I accept is as standard if Kia???
How about existing customer issues? Particularly with non functional Bose Corporation speakers.
Seriously. Your ads and service does not match . There is huge gap between what your company preach and what is offered. My car is with your service center for the past 4 months and not even a single person from your company take accountability of issue. Surprising, after 4 months, no one is able to figure out the problem. Appreciate if you can deep dive and start filling these grey areas rather than spending on ads.
Kia India - Your service is simply waste and your customer care team just raise complaints and never track it my complaint is still pending for action and no follow up from anyone. I am from Chennai and there is no one from KIA own service team that tracks complaints of customer and ensure that they are addressed properly. I simply don't know what your Zonal Services team doing, will they not handle customer issues ? Your cars are good but Service is very poor and custom care is simply useless, remember this is how Fiat India was working their Cars were good but Service was poor, if your services continues to be like this soon you will go out of India. Remember Service is more important than Sales.
