I came across some startup entrepreneurs who showed good potential and a great amount of sincerity to ensure their startup took off successfully. However, during our discussions, a few entrepreneurs felt that they were very naive and were afraid to make big decisions or take risks. My advice to them is "Embrace your naievity." Don't be afraid if you don't know how to make startup work well because your neivity only will give you courage to do something different and unconventional. Your neivity will help you to see certain things which experienced entrepreneurs will tend to overlook. And, this is what will keep you move forward in the direction of unexpected success when everyone else would have told you that your idea will not work. However, you may also have to understand well that your neivity will not last forever and eventually you will learn more about how to build startup and how to drive it to sucess and then you will no longer will remain naive. That's the stage where you may also start falling in to the groove of other people.
