Do you know how to perform CPR? 35,000 Yorkshire students learnt the life-saving skill on #RestartaHeart Day, why not join them and one day you could save a life. If someone goes into cardiac arrest, you should call 999 immediately and begin CPR: - Place your hands on the centre of the person's chest and interlock your fingers. - Use your body weight to push down 5 to 6cm on their chest. - Repeat this at a rate of 2 per second until the person regains consciousness or an ambulance arrives.
