My suspicions were confirmed at MadFest this year during a thought-provoking presentation by Katie Evans, CMO of Burger King, and Simon Gregory from BBH. The session, titled "Are you bored yet? Surviving in a sea of Sameness," delved into BBH's 'Zig Index' to uncover brand similarities.
