I don't particularly have a strong affinity for politics, and I don't align myself with any specific political party. In fact, I hold the view that democracy is not permissible. However, I appreciate Mr. Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, for fearlessly expressing his opinions on our country's political system. Initially, I resisted this perspective, but gradually, not only did I come to believe it, but I also embraced it wholeheartedly without any regrets. Personally, I am of the opinion that all political parties, regardless of how they portray themselves, ultimately lack the capability to govern our country effectively. In my view, the military stands out as the most competent institution to lead us. They safeguard our borders, and their discipline and resilience make them well-equipped to manage the challenges posed by the diverse, perplexed, and sometimes hypocritical populace of our country, Pakistan. Despite my reservations, I still hold deep affection for my country, Pakistan, and my city, Karachi. However, I may not be willing to sacrifice my life for it. WHO IS DHULQARNAIN?? Muslim scholars have different interpretations regarding Dhul-Qarnayn, the figure mentioned in the Quran. Here are two main viewpoints: Identification with Alexander the Great: This is a traditional view held by many classical and contemporary scholars. They point to the vast conquests of Alexander the Great, which spanned both east and west, similar to Dhul-Qarnayn's descriptions in the Quran. A Just and Righteous Ruler: Some scholars argue Dhul-Qarnayn is not a specific historical figure but rather a symbolic representation of a just and righteous ruler. They point out the fantastical elements in the Quranic story, such as encountering a land of darkness. There are also less common interpretations suggesting Dhul-Qarnayn could be other historical figures like Cyrus the Great. Here are some additional details: The Quran describes Dhul-Qarnayn as someone who built a wall between two mountains to protect people from a group of Gog and Magog (Quran 18:82-98). The meaning of his title "Dhul-Qarnayn" itself is debated. Some translate it as "the two-horned one," while others offer interpretations like "ruler of two regions" or "ruler of two ages." I came across a disturbing trend that has been bothering me deeply. A video shot in Pakistan is being falsely attributed to #Kerala. Why are we doing this? What is the motive behind spreading such fake news? #Kerala is one of those beautiful states in India where people, regardless of their religion, speak #Malayalam as their mother tongue. It's a place of unity and harmony, and it's heart-wrenching to see it being tarnished by misinformation. Behind every state boundary and religious difference, we must remember that there are humans living on the other side. Spreading fake news only sows seeds of hatred and distrust among us. We must strive to understand and respect our differences, not exploit them. Sharing #fakenews is not just unethical; it can deeply hurt the emotions of real people. We are all human, and we all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Let's not let the demon inside us take over. Instead, let's focus on spreading love, truth, and kindness. I urge everyone to think twice before sharing any news. Verify its authenticity and consider its impact. Let’s work together to build a society where trust and humanity prevail over hate and deception.
