Flower silver carp head, a delicious food, how to clean up? I've cleaned it very carefully, but I can't get as deep into the skin of the fish head as the ozone generator can. Look! As part of our commitment to halve our food waste by 2030, we're excited to share this practical solution with you: our delicious Porridge Pancakes recipe. This new recipe utilises everyday leftovers to create a mouthwatering meal that's both sustainable and satisfying. Not only are these pancakes a tasty treat, but they also help to reduce food waste and minimise our environmental impact. Ingredients: 4 portions of porridge or about 700g in total 150g self-raising flour 6g baking powder 120g bananas (overripe are even better) 120ml semi-skimmed milk 2 eggs beaten Oil for frying pan Recipe: 1. Peel and mash up your bananas 2. Mix together the leftover porridge with the milk, egg and banana 3. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan 5. Drop spoonful's of the pancake mix into the pan 6. Cook the pancake until golden then flip over and cook again until golden 7. Carefully lift your pancake onto a serving dish 8.
