Kina Bank, when doing the SMS transfer transaction, a fee of k1.50 or so was charged. Unfortunately, the transaction did not complete and funds were refunded back to our respective accounts. Why was the transaction fee not refunded as well? There was no transaction done so the fee should have been automatically refunded also. Please advise why the fee was not refunded together with the amount? 😞@followers

Can anyone confirm if the issue has truly been resolved? I'm trying to make a transfer from Kina to BSP, but I'm feeling a bit hesitant because others are still having issues.Has anyone successfully transferred from kina to other banks recently? If so, please let me know by replying to this comment. Thank you!

Please I have been contacting customer care via phone calls and emails since last week Friday and haven't got any response as yet where and why one of my TT transfers was not received or even sent back to the Senders account. Can someone please assist me? A response from Kina Bank will be greatly appreciated at least.
