Change Management: It's Tough! 🤯😳 Recent employee engagement survey results revealed that rapid change management was negatively affecting our client's employee experience and overall success. The data emphasized the need for leaders to simplify complexities, engage stakeholders, and communicate change effectively. In response, we partnered with this forward-thinking organization to develop a tailored, ongoing leadership program.
