Yes, taking the skies to the ground should be the prime responsibility. Inspired, I had made a point to take 2-3 hours of session for all the young interns who used to come to #HAL apart from briefing the VIP and the VVIPs which was by default part of my job. Believe it or not, each and every visitor right from the students to the top guys remain amazed seeing the #IronBird test facility as no one could ever imagine that our country can have such a facility. Hence there was very less information and exposure available. Students on one side used to understand the principles of the Fly-by-Wire technology and on the other side had the joy of flying the simulator perceiving and appreciating the theory. That's how we can ignite the spark. That's why #Dr.APJ used to do and that is what people sitting at the top need to do at least once every month. Inspire the youth to learn things and do things differently! At the end what you have left behind is what matters!!!

We progressed a lot in terms of Technology, GDP & many other fronts but not civilization. Flying is very common . We are proud of our value system at least from educated class. Generally people on flight used to be educated (in true sense) irrespective of financial strength. Also we claim in various forums that India is a nation for tolerance and non-violence. Unfortunately we were tolerant to British ruler but today not to our fellow citizen! Hence, to maintain our claims (strong value system, tolerance, non violence) ALL THE MEMBERS OF THIS GANG MUST be barred from flying (Domestic & International) and put behind the bar to Set Example. I remember once a Political Leader (probably MLA/ MP) also physically assaulted or abused in flight. I do not remember if he was punished. This leaders are Role Models of this kind of culprits. We become busy and forget after a while. In the process our society does not improve & then it repeats. Like the recent incidence of rape & murder in RG Kar Medical college in Kolkata. If the proper justice not received, we will forget after a while and it will repeat. That is why, we must punish culprits even for minor crime/corruption so that things do not repeat!
