Opportunity presents itself in many ways, as leaders we need see beyond that initial roadblock/detour. Access, recaculate and create a plan of action. What is good for us now may not be the same in 12 months?? As corporate America changes we need to change w/ it, embrace with a whole new attitude that empowers us for growth and success; it surely wont be given!

Think of closed doors, detours, and roadblocks as blessings. If you were meant to go through them, you would have. The fact that you didn’t means what is truly best for you either has or hasn’t been revealed yet.
