Here’s where we stand in Q3 2024: 🔹 3.2% Gross winnings revenue from high-risk players, reflecting the ongoing need for improved harm detection and intervention strategies. 🔹 87.3% of detected customers showed improved behaviour following our interventions, up from 86.8% in Q2. While progress continues, the European Safer Gambling Week provides a valuable opportunity to amplify these efforts and raise awareness about responsible gambling practices.
