🚨🚨🚨NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION 🚨🚨🚨 MobiKwik Lendbox #BipinPreetSingh hashtag#UpasanaTaku hashtag#NamitSaxena hashtag#BhavinPatel Unfair trade practices/deficiency of services under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.       i.         As per our initial contract Flexi plan provides anytime fund withdrawal option according to my convenience and there is no lock-in period in this plan.      ii.         Suddenly on 03-09-2024 Mobikwik converted my plan into an unknown lock-in period scheme by quoting RBI notification, but nowhere in the RBI directive it is mentioned to force old customers to invest in new plans.     iii.         RBI guidelines are for new customers mentioning prior approval of the lender is necessary before disbursement of loan to known borrowers but it was not followed in my case before re-allocated my fund for loan.
