With Marco Rubio heading State there is no "guessing game" at all. Australia, the nation, is comprehensively fucked. We were set up by own national security community, and their slavish adherence to a US Origin fantasy that China has expansionary designs in the Indo-Pacific through military conquest. This is a #neocon fiction. What China cares about is Taiwan and the unfinished business of the #ROC versus the #PRC. The creep that began under Biden, on the One China policy and the UN agreement from 1979, will become a cause celebre under Rubio. Australia has an idiot national security strategy that will sink this nation. We are fucked. Comprehensively. Australia is officially a SELL. #PremierGlobalTrumpTrade Short Australia. David Taylor BJ Zhuang AM Hi David, What makes you “believe” that, as you say, “China 🇨🇳 has expansionary designs on controlling Pacific”? Is this an idealogical belief or one borne of being trained if not beguiled by MSM and mates on Social Media? Truthfully, it’s kinda Weird and very much out of step with what the vast majority of World Nations, not that long ago, agreed with the PRC that Taiwan is a Province of China. Horde 😉😏😉

US has again proved itself to act only on its self interest regardless of that of his allies, regardless how close that ally might be.

No that’s not true China has expansionary designs on controlling Pacific and the fact that you want to sell out to China for nothing is the problem
