Upon arrival, there was just an automated kiosk at the entrance. After entering my name and NIF, I received a number and was promptly called for my treatment. What a fantastic experience! This got me thinking about what defines a great visitor experience in any setting. Effective visitor management plays a crucial role in shaping this experience.
