I like this movie so much. Besides the cinematic, acting, etc etc, it describes the reality of many agents decades ago until today, bound by old terms of contract which impose high restriction (target, kpi, requirements. pick one) to get to the next level. RULES designed to reward the lucky small handful of people, and the CONSEQUENCES for rest? No end grinding with the help of frequent cheering, Rah-Rah, etc. Yes you earn good personal commission but you can sell until when? While the lucky few enjoy over riding. Some of you don’t even know the RULES, and the CONSEQUENCES. So if the big majority of agents are attached to agencies designed with old RULES (i.e. the Table) then my agency BUSS is naturally John Wick. Because we don’t follow the old RULES and the CONSEQUENCES that comes with it. Mr Lee, BUSS founder, broke those old RULES and created his own. Don’t get me wrong dear agent brothers and sisters, we have RULES too. But ours prioritises the agents FIRST. If you are an agent, here is one of many BUSS RULE for you.
