Prioritising your wellbeing is foundational for sustainable success. Wellbeing needs to be treated as more of a priority especially in the workplace due to it having a large impact on enhancing productivity, fostering a positive work environment and employee retention. If wellbeing becomes more of a priority within the workplace, then this will feed through to employees taking better care of their wellbeing leading to organisational growth and success by creating a culture of well-being.
