I recently stumbled upon Faro Board Bags, a board bag & Gear brand launched by Jack Ventura Their current email marketing strategy has a lot of untapped potential... So, I had my team revamp their Welcome Email and optimize it to drive more sales & more conversions.🙌🏻 Here's what we've changed: 1. Clear Welcome Offer- They offer 10% off to their subscriber but it was hard to find the discount code until or unless someone carefully read the email. We clearly mentioned the discount offer and highlighted the coupon code to make it easier for their customers to use it and make their purchases. 2. Showing Categories - We added your most top-rated gear to the email so subscribers can look for the options and varieties your brand provides. 3. Improved Structure/Layout- We also improved the overall structure of the email and reduced the amount of text. The Art of Great Email Marketing: A Shoutout to Kitsch 💌 A couple of days ago, I placed an order with Kitsch, a beauty and haircare brand known for its stylish and affordable essentials. Like many of us, I spent way too long debating what I wanted (shopping from a brand’s website for the first time is serious business—I've only ever bought their products at Target before). After considering whether I’d hit the free shipping threshold and finally checking out, I mentally crossed off “new scrunchies and heatless curls set” from my “to-buy” list and moved on. Typically, I’d skip over a generic “Your order is on its way” email—it’s just a routine update, right? But “Your order is making moves” grabbed my attention instantly. It felt clever, playful, and perfectly aligned with the brand. Big kudos to the copywriters for that one! 🙌 This simple notification did something brilliant—it reminded me of my purchase, reignited my excitement, and brought me back to check in on my order’s progress. Suddenly, I wasn’t just passively waiting, I was looking forward to unpacking my new goodies all over again! Kitsch didn’t just deliver a status update, they tapped into the customer journey in a way that keeps their brand top of mind. It's a great example of how thoughtful email marketing can enhance the post-purchase experience and build stronger relationships with customers. Eye-Catching Header- We make the header more visually appealing to keep the interest of the customer through the email.
