This is like an anology of “vocal employees” in an organization who are marked as negative , rude, blockers, disrespect, crazy, and more. Their natural trait is just to protect the organization. They can accept transformation, but it is a matter of “calculated risk” transformation together with inclusion and engagement. An organization need them for the check and balance. The Best YouTube Video For Audio Engineers! Hands down my favorite video that I would recommend to anyone that uses a microphone and has a basic understanding of EQ's. Using the legendary SM57 mic to compare frequency response to many of the most desired mics of all time. This give engineers a lot of power in the studio the ability to emulate these mics could be a massive money saver especially for those building out their home studios. Of course a simple EQ adjustment wont give you the exact same mics you see selling for $10,000+ factors such as polar pattern, diaphragm type, and sensitivity. As beautiful as this reminder is its ANGEL ROLE is misinterpreted and misunderstood. It is important to understand the different roles of guidance and protections held to GUARDIAN and EARTH ANGELS. GUARDIAN ANGELS are not held to physical bodies, they exist in the Light realm offering spiritual guidance and energetic protection (they are known as your spirit or highest guides). EARTH ANGELS are birthed into a given physical realm specific to soul mission not soul growth, to come into a lifetime already holding powerful psychic awareness (not taught over time, not for personal or monetary gain and not for validation of correctness of psychic abilities held).
