Just wrapped up an incredible AI conference hosted by zeb! 😍 The event was a total mind-blow, filled with brilliant minds sharing out-of-the-box AI ideas. So much inspiration from amazing talks, jaw-dropping demos, and connecting with brilliant people. My head's still spinning with all the possibilities! Yesterday during a hackathon lunch, Liran, Shai, and I had the classic debate about whether AI would eventually replace us all. Liran argued that AI still can't conceive truly original ideas, to which Shai half-jokingly replied, "can anyone?" Just hours later, Shai and his team proved their own creative worth by delivering a knockout presentation that secured them a spot in the Hyrothon finals. Their idea, while undoubtedly influenced by existing products and concepts, won because they masterfully *contextualized* its significance, describing it as "the future of Hyro." That's when it hit me like a lightning bolt: No matter how advanced AI becomes or how current its knowledge is, it will never match humans' ability to precisely contextualize ideas with the nuance that we can. Shai's team understood that the phrase "the future of Hyro" would deeply resonate with the panel of Hyro executive judges (Daniel, Uri, and Aaron), drawing from their intimate understanding of how these three think and operate. To distill it down to one word: CONTEXT. Not just any context, but laser-focused, pinpoint context that comes from deep human understanding. That's how you win in the age of AI. A few interesting observations from attendees at #SaaStockUSA and #DubTechSummit #DTS24 over the past 3 weeks: 1. AI related solutions are everywhere. 2. AI as a field is wide and varied from tabular data to images to generative language application’s and more. Get comfortable with it. 3. AI will significantly disrupt every function and process across all industry segments, over the next 24 months. 4. Buyers have gone from investigating tools and possible use cases to AI execution. 5. The AI train has left the station, not embracing AI is not an option BUT make sure you have strong use cases where you can clearly present ROI impact to your internal budget owner. It’s no longer a “nice to have”.
