Enterprise Account Manager Team Lead @ Softchoice | Posting about Midlife Career change, AI Learning, and being a Musician with a Day Career

3 Thoughts about Changing Careers Midlife 🤔 After pivoting, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, here are three things that have helped me: 1️⃣ It's never too late to learn! 📚 The key is curiosity and exploring avenues to foster a growth mindset. 2️⃣ Passion can be a by-product of learning and success! ✨ The most often asked question about being a trumpet player transitioning into Sales is how I could go from something I was passionate about to something I knew nothing about. I discovered that passion can be a product of a learning mindset, which fosters success when applied strategically. 3️⃣ Use and expand your network! 🤝 The exciting thing about a new career midlife is that you are gaining access to new people in a new industry. Leverage this along with other more established networks. Don’t be afraid to reach out to people; more often than not, people still want to help others. I hope that these posts are helpful. How are you finding your career change, or what thoughts do you have about changing careers? #MidlifeCareerChange #LifelongLearning #Upskilling #PersonalDevelopment #CareerGrowth
