Warning to brands using Klaviyo: I recently audited a client's Klaviyo account that was previously managed by an ecom "agency"... And noticed their email revenue was extremely high. After reviewing their attribution settings, I noticed something odd: Their attribution window was set to 21 days! (The standard is 5 days). So heads up to brand owners to spot check this! Especially if you're paying your agency a % of Klaviyo revenue they generate.
