🔧 Excited to Share My CNC Programming Experience! 🔧 In August 2023, I completed a hands-on training in CNC Programming and Machining, where I gained practical knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) machines and their applications in manufacturing. This training provided me with invaluable skills in: CNC programming: Creating precise programs for machining parts with accuracy and efficiency. Hands-on machining: Operating CNC machines and understanding the setup, tooling, and material handling. Manufacturing process optimization: Learning how to reduce waste and improve production efficiency through precise machining. This experience has further fueled my interest in manufacturing engineering and how automation and precision can drive innovation in mechanical design. My first training at HEIDENHAIN Netherlands was 27 years ago, my last was last Thursday... "Efficient Touchprobe Training" The use of efficient probing can bring us to other next level of machining. Topics (new and advanced); - measuring and making Q parametric programming for specific applications - measuring pockets with an angle - the use of Q parametric output - automatically generate reports with the measured values. - put the values directly on screen This chapter is one of a few steps I planned for this year for more control, eliminate guess work and know what we are making after hours of milling before we send our high quality parts to the next step in our workflow.
