What's the story behind our Klook Lounge at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)❓It all began with our long-time partner, Bali Made, one of Bali’s largest and most successful tour operators, founded by the down-to-earth Made Antara. Made started as a solo tour guide and has since transformed his love for the Island of the Gods into a thriving 24-hour tour operator service with a dedicated team of over 55 employees. Together, they offer travelers a full suite of services showcasing the finest of #Bali. 🏝️ They even turned customer feedback into action by setting up a Klook Lounge in the airport to "minimize missed meetings [with customers]". "How we’re working with Klook is to create more products, and provide good service. A major part of Bali’s economy is run by tourism, and as a tour guide, when I share knowledge about Bali with my customers and see them happy, I’m happy," says Made.
