No one else will say it, so I will. And being unorganized is costing you: without your receipts you’re missing deductions and risk overpaying every single time!! If keeping neat records feels like too much to ask - here’s my best tip: Find a way to track and manage all financial transactions in real-time. At a minimum, your favorite bank or favorite payment software likely has built-in tools that will categorize your spending and expenses for you. And if they don’t - consider switching. Having systems that are integrated and working on your behalf can work in the background and prevent expenses from slipping through the cracks. Often, when customers struggle with our product, we might assume it’s not good enough. But in reality, it’s our job to ensure they know how to use it effectively. Here’s how we can do that: 👉 Proactively Offer Demos: Don’t wait for customers to ask for help. Offer demos as soon as they start using our product. 👉 Personalized Support: Tailor our support to meet the unique needs of each customer. Understand their specific problems and provide solutions that fit their situation. 👉 Regular Check-Ins: Follow up with customers regularly to see how they’re doing. Ask if they have any questions or need further assistance. 👉 Create Helpful Resources: Develop easy-to-understand guides, video tutorials, and FAQs that customers can access anytime. 👉 Encourage Feedback: Make it easy for customers to give feedback on their experience.
