❓"My topic kan, susah la nk outstanding. Semua orang buat sama jer. Ada idea x?" 💡Over the past 2 weeks, I'm working with a trainer to gamified a program of his and it all started from the question above. 🎯The result: Even the client is surprise that this training could be done in this way. Interested to know the frame work i apply? Nothing fancy. Just 3 thing 1️⃣ if its theory session, turn it into "self learning" 2️⃣ if its practical session, turn it into game. 3️⃣ finally, frame everything in a storyline and incentify them for their effort. ⭐️Response from learner: Everyone trying their best.

Solutions from Observation Every situation has unique and complicated features. Most of the time the answers to problems only rely on the art of knowing every detail in your situation. Thus, the conclusion you may have right now may change once you find out the new information you need. This will give us a new way of thinking, relearning and unlearning in the process.

Why is skill training so important? If we push the boundaries in 3 main areas (ground contact, face contact and direction), we will improve our ability to adapt. Human's arent built to repeat ourselves, and we constantly have to adapt on the course with different lies etc. Training in this way will also improve your ability to adapt to swing changes etc as well A good example would be; If I train to hit the ball out of the heel and the toe when I want, the task of me hitting it out of the sweetspot when I want becomes much easier!

Learning in a second language is hard enough, use these tips to ensure your training sessions produce results. Learning in a second language is hard. You could spend a lot of energy translating the words before you even get to understanding the message and beginning to learn. And if the trainer just plows ahead with the topics your audience can fall behind or worse just begin mentally tuning out. I discussed some best practices in an NBT Talks: LIVE! session yesterday. https://lnkd.in/gJEJhpev Let me know what you think. What would you add? You can learn from anyone, but not everyone can be a trainer. Do you remember your first job? Or your first day at any company? Do you remember feeling clueless about your responsibilities? Yeah, that’s normal. And to all young graduates out there, even seniors feel clueless in their new jobs, so don’t feel left out 😉 But that’s not my point. My point is, when we first start, we want and need guidance. We observe our colleagues completing their tasks, and that’s how we learn. But when newcomers arrive, can we train them the way we were trained? To all the seniors out there, even if you feel like you’re not a great teacher, just teach them in a way that made sense to you. The way you wished you had been taught. Learn to improvise. By doing that, not only do the newcomers learn something, but as a senior, you also learn how to become a teacher.

Good Morning! I think that to deal with challenges, make a list of challenges and develop skills to deal with them. As a trainer, develop various skills to deliver effective and efficient sessions. As an organizational requirement, people's skill development is a major requirement. And these skills may be different according to the future needs and desire. If needed, then it is very important to develop skills by just exploring the possibilities. Mr. X, thanks for teaching so much to Shark

Relearning is a process of reacquiring knowledge or skills that were previously learned but have since been forgotten or diminished due to lack of use. This concept is particularly relevant in various educational and professional settings where individuals need to update or refresh their knowledge to stay current in their fields. Relearning is an ongoing process, and the methods and strategies can vary based on individual preferences and the nature of the material. By understanding and implementing effective relearning techniques, individuals can maintain and enhance their knowledge and skills over time.

What an honor to co-facilitate a Training of Trainers (ToT) with my friend and well polished speaker Tahinduka Joshua. I am looking forward to meet great minds in the land of a thousand hills (Rwanda) as we transform trainers into becoming effective facilitators. When Inspired Resource Centre & Consultancy Limited teams up with Elevate Training Solutions, the results can only be exceptional. You can not afford to miss this. As Confucius said "What I hear, I forget. What I see, I remember. What I do, I understand." Come, Unlearn, Learn, Re-Learn and Practice. @RwandaHereICome Registration is ongoing. https://lnkd.in/dKiZJsuJ

Some days ago I found myself training my replacement in a job I was leaving and for everything I explained he told me that I made it sound so simple and that he was very pleased with everything he was learning. Today I had to learn a couple of new thing from a person with years of experience in the topic and again he made it sound so simple and it just remained me what had happed some days ago. Takeaways: If you can already explain what you know in a simple way, you are an expert. And you may not even know until you have the opportunity to teach it. Teaching the ones that come after you is not just a good way to measure your expertise, is also a great way to know what pieces you are missing or still not confortable with.
