The Impact of Coding Education on Children’s Development Today, coding is not just a technical skill; it has become an educational tool that enables children to acquire fundamental competencies such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. Introducing coding at an early age not only helps children adapt better to technology but also prepares them as well-rounded individuals equipped for the workforce of the future. Children who learn coding enhance their abilities to break down problems and make sense of complex structures. For example, when working on software or game development, they learn to think step-by-step and explore different solutions for the challenges they encounter. These skills contribute to their success in both academic settings and social relationships. Additionally, coding boosts self-confidence in children. The satisfaction of solving a problem reinforces their self-belief, and participating in coding projects strengthens their social skills, helping them develop communication and teamwork abilities. In conclusion, coding education provides multi-faceted benefits for children’s development. Integrating coding more extensively into educational programs can foster a generation of more skilled and creative individuals. Sermin Bağ İcan

One of the best things about my job (arguably THEE best thing) is the people I work with. Some of the worlds greatest minds roam the halls of the DOC, & the thing these folx love to talk about is their children. Take Michael McKittrick for example, someone with good reason to talk about his Trail Blazers, OOOPS! I mean children. His daughter, a middle schooler, is doing the good work of spreading the news about the importance of representation in career fields. This is the exact same thing that mature Systems Change Entrepreneurs educated by MIT’s Yscaira J. are promoting Please take the next 150+ seconds to click the YouTube link in the post below to hear a future world leader share her expertise on diversifying the workforce & making way for Girls (future women) in Coding. #girlswillchangethefuture
