Nothing moves when all stakeholders do not buy in. Not everything is as it seems, but some things are more real. We all can create magic with the right team. Can’t we? As leaders, we've all been there - trying to drive change, but facing resistance from stakeholders. But here's the thing: nothing moves when all stakeholders don't buy in. I had a mentorship session with a lady today, and she was struggling to get everyone on board. But as we discussed, it became clear that effective communication is key to winning hearts and minds.
