I believe this is such an important point- being grateful. Our brains seem to naturally go toward the negative of what is going wrong. When we can shift our brain to be in sage positive mindset, we can think more clearly. This is applied with my money coaching. Every coaching session starts out with wins- what do you feel good about, what are you thankful that you are learning. Starting sessions focused on the positive helps clients better unpack the challenges and find solutions.
