As I wrap up my time in college, I would like to announce some exciting news: I have just completed a story-driven podcast episode about famous motivational speaker and author, John O'Leary! If you haven’t heard of him before, Mr. O’Leary got into a serious accident at 9 years old while playing with gasoline in his garage. This caused him to burn 100% of his body, and he was expected to die that very night. Years later, he has grown into a motivational speaker, author, and has a podcast of his own! Ever wondered how long it really takes to change your mindset? Marianne Schütze, our latest guest on Mindset2Results, spent 3-4 years to do just that. It wasn't just about understanding her self-doubt and fear of failure, it was about knowing she could change it. Once she realized this, it was all about action. Marianne started identifying who she wanted to become, what lifestyle she desired, and then she reverse-engineered the process. She pushed herself into doing things she wasn't ready for, challenging her own perception of what she could afford or who she was. The key takeaway here? It's not enough to just write an affirmation. We recently had a thought-provoking conversation with Caroline Biesalski on Mindset2Results. She revealed an interesting perspective: 'Belief creates the fact.' This quote from William James implies that the power to shape our reality lies within us, in our beliefs. But can we really mold our destiny by training our 'belief muscle'? Caroline didn't stop there. She introduced us to another powerful quote from Bob Proctor: 'If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand.' According to her, if we hold a vision in our minds, we can manifest it in our outer reality. Sounds radical, doesn't it? It's easy to dismiss this as mere wishful thinking, but what if there's more to it? What if our beliefs and visions can indeed influence our reality? I'm diving into how we are asked (more like pressured) to give our attention to other people while no one is reminding us to give to ourselves or ask for help for our own challenges, or life's new direction. Isn't that important, too? Why is everyone else's problem the only thing that is important right now? The thing is, it's actually not. It's only "created this way" to look like it is so you are left drained - this way you cannot create anything for you and your loved ones. They are making people sick on purpose so you have nothing left for yourself; time, energy, dreams, or hope. Please know this! Life is not about getting others out of their pain, it's about creating the life you need to live. We have to find that balance between giving and receiving. I went from hell no, to hold on, what is it about, to again, hell no, to let's see what that thing over there is, to omg it's that thing I don't like, to wow, I think it's for me, to omg, it is for me, to oh shit, that's what it all means. Ya, the process of acceptance sometimes looks like this. I also bring up how hierarchy (frequencies expressed in the physical) is not what we think it is - it's a program - an illusion to make you feel lesser than what you are! Don't buy into it. You do you, and let people judge you. Don't do it to be liked or for power, do it because you KNOW it's your calling. Not everyone will understand you, resonate or support you, but who knows, maybe there is a greater purpose just around the corner, and I can't wait to see how it all comes together. I used to think that I was attracting bad experiences because I was a bad, weak, or unworthy person. A little truth here — that I "think" that I am unworthy of love (respect). But now it was made very clear to me that this is happening FOR me and not to me. I must use this opportunity for growth to get the "inner feeling" that I AM worthy of love at a higher level, in this case, worthy of — absolutely no more abuse. I explain what is happening right now, how I see it spiritually, and how I am getting myself out of this, what I believe to be one of my last cycles of abuse. At least a life-transforming one — so stepping into a BRAND new timeline filled with miracles and abundance of love.
