Dear all, At the end of this, the 5th year of hard work in the process of #creation, #construction, #strengthening, #development and #positioning of SLI - Soluciones Logísticas Integradas in #Colombia and #USA, I want to deeply thank each and every one of the team members who are part of #SLI; likewise to the ones who have been part of the life and history of the company, from the moment of its foundation in 2019 to date. I also thank all the #suppliers, #allyes and #friends, who along the way have given #SLI the necessary support for its operation and growth. I thank, of course, all the #customers and friends who have trusted in the service, experience and capacity of #SLI. Without your support and opportunity, SLI - Soluciones Logísticas Integradas would not be what it is today, but above all, what it has planned to be and do. Last but not least, I feel proud, honored, and very grateful to the #family - fundamental axis, for having supported every second of this wonderful process and journey. Starting next year we will be dedicating very important time on building new ways of #addingvalue to our customers and their #supplychains. We will be sharing details and progress. For now, it will be time to spend a few days recharging batteries, refreshing the mind, organizing ideas, and continuing to align our #socialcapital (network, contacts, friends, acquaintances, customers, suppliers, allies, etc.) along with our #intellectualcapital (experience, knowledge, trajectory) to determine the next steps to take. Again, thank you very much for opening the doors for us, but above all, for letting us in. I had a BLAST teaching people how to use their past experiences of overcoming adversity to make them stronger at FitFest, Florida's largest Fitness Expo, this past weekend! I led people through a simple resilience exercise based on past research, including my dissertation research. 🔽 Here is the super-simplified version you can practice in your journal (if you have been wanting to pick up journaling but don't know what to journal about, here is your first prompt! 😉)🔽 1️⃣ Journal about an experience of adversity you have already overcome. 2️⃣ What was the challenge? 3️⃣ How and when did you know you have overcome it? 4️⃣ What perspectives did you gain from this experience? 5️⃣ What skills did this experience teach you?
