Things that aren't normal as a podcaster: - Going from 0 to 10k subscribers overnight - Getting sponsorships in the first 2 weeks of podcasting - Having the best guests reach out to you to come on the pod - Making six figures at 25th episode These are 1% events. If you've managed to get there, I'm really happy for you! But this post is for the 99% of people. Understand that it will take you years to build what you want. And that's okay! Seeing all the overnight successes can make you feel down and hard on yourself. Remember that you're seeing only 1%. Keep doing what you're doing, and stop beating yourself up. P.S. Been there, done that. It's not nice to punish yourself for other people's successes. Be happy for them, put your head down, and keep going. #podcast #triangletheory #consistency #grind
1mm Daily Growth. Do it with faith in understanding the process. Too many people want instant results in todays world. I respect your dedication and grind, mate.
Stay consistent people
Konrad Eitmantis Instead of result, need to focus on patience, perseverance, resilience and self-compassion , result will follow you.
Keep going Konrad Eitmantis This is the mantra of success and fulfillment 🔥
Great reminder Konrad, these things take time to grow - but that's also what makes a podcasting project worth it.
Consistency is key!
Slow and steady wins the race!
