Tell me if this sounds familiar; “no one wants to work anymore.” That statement is patently false. More accurately; employees don’t want to feel like, much less, be treated like a cog in a machine. Finding labor in our industry means finding a way to earn buy-in by providing meaning. From my seat, I find meaning by helping operators provide a better, more efficient workplace for employees.
