The event will be run by Alex Lawson and Alex Adamou. It will cover practical pitfalls and traps when preparing a schedule of loss. Alex Lawson acts for both Claimants and Respondents in all areas of Employment Law, providing representation and advice to employees, employers and local government. He has acted for and against multi-national companies. Alex has a particular focus on claims which relate to disability discrimination, this being an area he is well versed in both professionally and personally as a dyslexic. Alex Adamou most recently appeared in a 5 day Sexual Orientation Discrimination trial in which he was successful in having the claim reduced by £40,000. He has also appeared to in what is thought to be one of the first applications for Interim Relief following inposition of mandatory vaccination for care home workers.
