If we do poll if they feel they are Bumrah of their Organization giving their best performance but they are neither highest paid employee nor being given credit (Promotion) which they deserves. more than 90% will agree. But is it really true or it's only you who are feeling? & If answer is Yes than how you can get what you deserves. We need to understand 2 Points here. 1. Organizations are not forcing us to join on Gun Point , we are the one who are accepting the offer. They are just doing their Job. 2. If you came to know that you are being underpaid & your are still continuing without discussing with your Superior, HR or Management than it is your fault & has nothing to do with Organization because unfortunately we are conditioned in such a way that we don't feel comfortable discussing same. How would you know you are Bumrah of your Organization? We must take rational approach. Be open about your work & CTC, No I am not telling you to share your Salary details to any random Person but asking you to share with someone whom you can trust be open with him/her & tried to understand your Value & than you will come to what is your Actual Value & whether you are earning less or more than what you deserved which will help you at your appraisal or Negotiation for Next Company. Few Tools which may help you to determine your Values are as follows. * Most easiest way is to take help of Online Job portal sites where you can easily see how much other Companies are willing to offer for similar Work profile like yours & based on that you can decide. *Discuss with your Mentor or person whom you can Trust. *Most common practice Employees do is give Interview to competitors & based on their Offer discussed with current Organization ( I am just mentioning Practices & not recommending to do so.) So if you are Bumrah ask for what you deserves & if you got answer is you have yet not reached to that level work hard to reach. #iplgyan #corporategyan

Was reading through an interesting blog today, During the 3rd ODI against Australia in Hyderabad in 2007, Brad Hogg bowled Sachin Tendulkar — one of cricket’s greatest achievements.
